The moment they saw my eyes, without any palpation or anything like that, they recommended full incision + eye correction + fat grafting. After that, they explained how the surgery method would proceed. When I asked why I had to have the surgery done that way, they explained in detail while drawing diagrams. They weren’t extremely warm and friendly, but I felt the professionalism was trustworthy, and they answered all of my many questions.
