This is a review of autologous stem cell breast fat grafting. I had it done by Dr. Kim ㅇㅇ at Glovi, and it’s been about a week. The consultant was extremely kind, and the other staff members were also kind and took care of me delicately. When I was discharged after surgery, they even gave me a small ion drink so I could drink it afterward, and I felt they were very thoughtful and was touched. The doctor who performed the surgery also explained things calmly and well, and when designing before surgery, he examined everything carefully. I had previously had liposuction on the front of my thighs, and after noticing the characteristics of my legs where I had undergone liposuction, he said that because there was little fat in the front thighs, he would not harvest from there and would harvest fat from the inner and back thighs. Because he carefully checked the liposuction areas as well, I think I went into surgery feeling reassured.
Fat was harvested from my thighs, but there wasn’t as much thigh fat as expected, so 1000 cc was harvested, 400 cc was used, and 150 cc and 250 cc were injected into the left and right sides! My two breasts were quite uneven.. so he designed them to match the size and shape. I didn’t really know, but I also had accessory breasts, and the positions of the left and right nipples were quite different..! While doing the fat grafting, Dr. Kim adjusted the inframammary fold so this area could be corrected, and he injected different amounts on each side and designed it well. I didn’t think about removing the accessory breasts in time, so I couldn’t do it, but I now feel a belated regret that I should have removed the accessory breasts at the same time.
Now that it has been a week, the very firm feeling in my breasts has decreased a lot compared to the beginning, and there is almost no pain or discomfort in my breasts. Only my thighs still feel very tight, and because there is a lot of bruising, they still hurtㅠㅠ I chose fat grafting because even if the size didn’t increase a lot, I wanted my breasts to have a natural texture like my own flesh, and I’m satisfied even with this. To me, the size feels much bigger than before, so it’s so fascinating and I like that there is a shadow between my breasts. Before, when I held them with my hand, there was a lot of empty space left in my hand, but now they feel full in my hand. I’m especially satisfied that volume has developed evenly in the upper breasts and side breasts.
It will become truly my breasts once the swelling goes down more and the graft takes well, but I hope it doesn’t decrease any more from hereㅠ I want them to settle and stabilize quickly so I can buy lots of pretty underwear. I had a gap in my work schedule, so I made up my mind and went ahead with breast fat grafting, and I think I did a very good job.
