Had it done 10 years ago when they were at ㅂㄹㅇ My bulbous nose correction did not go well, so I had additional alar base reduction at another clinic At the time, after the splint was removed, I was satisfied with the line. I said I wanted the nasal bridge to look natural, so they made it natural and not obvious The silicone implant in my nasal bridge was crooked, and when I mentioned it during follow-up, they told me to press it with my hand toward the opposite side; getting revision surgery was a hassle, so I just lived with it Now it is more crooked The starting point of the nasal bridge is too high Now my nasal tip is drooping and upturned, so I am looking into revision surgery After getting a CT scan, they said too much septal cartilage had been used I used it relatively well for 10 years without contracture, but I guess revision surgery is unavoidable!
