But he was so soft-spoken that I couldn't really understand what he was saying, so I ended up asking questions several times, yet I still didn't really understand... Still, he seemed to have a good attitude and professionalism.
The manager felt somewhere between kind and rude. I guess I could say it felt subtly unpleasant. And there was this sense of being pushed to make a reservation by text all the time...
The hospital facilities are pretty good, kind of like a dermatology clinic? While waiting, I saw people who had nose procedures, and everyone seemed to have good results.
-> Rather than prioritizing safety, it feels like they see patients as money. They keep contacting you and pressuring you to book a reservation... They kept talking about the event price too, which was annoying T_T In the end I didn't choose them, but since it's a clinic that gets mentioned a lot, I do recommend going for a consultation.
