Before-before-after-after-after It has been about 7-8 months since I had facial contouring. I am a bride-to-be getting married in the latter half of next year! They say swelling from facial contouring can last as long as 1 year if you look at it broadly, so I scheduled the surgery with as much time to spare as possible, and I also fought a lot with my fiance in the middle because of the surgery..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Now that most of the swelling is gone and my face has become slim, he is amazed and says I became much prettier..ㅎ I feel like people's hearts are really fickle^^;;ㅋㅋ
First of all, I have been very interested in taking care of my appearance since I was young, and because of my job I meet a lot of handsome and pretty people, so I think I always lived with thoughts of plastic surgery in my heart. (For reference, I did my nose together while doing facial contouring....)
Like upgrading from an Avante to a Maserati, at first I wondered if I was overdoing it, but later I thought just 1 type would not be too much, then later that 2 types would be okay too, and later still, since I am doing it anyway, let's do 3 types...? I think I worried about this for several months, and honestly I dare to guess that among everyone here who has had facial contouring, many had concerns similar to mine... Anyway, so I decided on 3 types and went around for consultations. Two places were recommended by people around me, one place was famous for facial contouring, and another was a place I found through searching, so I went to consultations at a total of four places. I originally had two more candidates, but I did not have the stamina, so I only had consultations at four places and decided.
Anyway, as you can see in the photos, I had fairly severe asymmetry on both sides of my face. One temple was sunken, and the other side was protruding ㅠ The thing I was most concerned about was my cheekbones, and I wanted to shave them into an overall glamorous line (what people commonly call a doll line, right?), so after going around and around, I eventually had surgery with 3 types. I think the diagnoses from the hospitals were all different. Some places told me to do muscle tying together, or facial liposuction together, but honestly those were surgeries I had never even thought of, and I felt like, is that really necessary? So I wanted to avoid them if possible.
In the end, I had surgery at the hospital that diagnosed me with trapezoid cheekbone reduction (front + back + upper triple fixation), long-curve square jaw surgery, and V-line osteotomy for the chin, and said that because of volume it would be good to insert an implant together. After surgery, I stayed hospitalized at the hospital for one day! I still do not know if this differs by hospital, but they said if you only do 1 type or only cheekbones, you do not get hospitalized. Anyway, for several days after surgery you have to eat only soft foods, and this was surprisingly.. hell ㅋㅋ I was managing my body with dieting, so I thought it would be okay, but from a day or two later, wow... I was so sick of it, bored of it, and felt like throwing up ㅠㅠ
A friend who had suffered with another surgery recommended Greenbia Mild Care, saying nutritional cans? things like that are good, so I stocked those at home and ate them. But this is a bit expensive, about 10,000 won per 200 ml... Since I ate 4 cans a day, I spent 40,000 won on meals per day ㅠㅠㅋㅋ It does not have to be this; porridge, pudding, soft egg dishes, things like that are also okay to eat. I wore the compression band in intervals like 1 hour on and 30 minutes off, and I did not have to wear it while sleeping, so there was nothing particularly uncomfortable. For walks, since I am like a paper person, I sprayed spray-type pain-relief patches and walked hard ㅎㅎ
Anyway, you can tell from the before-and-after photos, but facial contouring is.. the hardship is hardship, but the before-and-after difference is just as big, so if you get it done well, I think it is a surgery with high satisfaction. They say I need to watch the progress until the 9-month mark, but so far there are no major issues, and the director also said the surgery went well. I wrote down everything I could think of, but if you have more questions, leave them in the comments!!
