Before<before>After<after>Before<before>After<after>Before<before>After<after>After<2-week swelling + line>After<the day after surgery>Hello! This time I went to a lot of consultations, thought a lot, got recommendations, and then finally chose a hospital and now it has been over a month since my surgery. People around me tried to stop me, saying I could just lose facial fat and why would I get facial contouring surgery, but I had always been quietly really concerned about my somewhat uneven face shape and, even if I lost facial fat, the bone itself would not change, so I had the surgery. My face shape was not one with very large bones or anything, so I wanted more of a refined look, and I told the director that I wanted to improve my pre-surgery face shape just by smoothing and refining it. The director said my face was already small enough, but to get the look I wanted, I would need the 3 facial contouring procedures, and rather than shaving a lot, it would be better to refine it naturally while removing the deep cheek fat, so we decided to proceed that way! On the day of surgery I was really nervous and scared, but I closed my eyes, felt the anesthetic going in, and when I woke up I was in the inpatient room. Since the anesthesia had not fully worn off, I kept feeling sleepy, so I think I slept. The recovery room nurse kept taking care of me and even came with me to the bathroom. The next day I was discharged and got home, ordered porridge and ate it, but honestly even eating porridge was so hard ㅠㅠ I really wanted to eat food, but my mouth would not open, it felt tight, and it did not go down well. So I only ate a few spoonfuls, took my medicine, and tried to sleep. It stayed hard for the whole first week, and after a week, I started getting swelling laser treatments and things like that, so the major swelling went down. From week 2, the minor swelling also started going down, and I could now eat fairly well. At week 2, once all the stitches were removed, I finally felt like I could live, and I think I became active from then on! Both cheeks were swollen and puffy like I had candies in my mouth, and I looked really funny, so I walked around a lot to make the swelling go down quickly. At first even brushing my teeth was hard, but then I could brush comfortably too. Now it feels like the steamed buns in both cheeks suddenly deflated, the swelling has gone down a lot, and my face has become a V-line! hahaha When I wash up and put on toner and lotion, I think, huh..? I’m kind of pretty? That is how good I think the facial contouring effect is! As time passes, the swelling keeps going down a lot and my recovery is improving, so I’m happy. I’m satisfied these days even while my face is still swollen, enough to forget how hard the beginning was! The swelling has changed from steamed buns to about having boiled dumplings in my mouth.. It still has a long way to go before disappearing completely, but seeing this much effect at a month and a half makes me so happy!
