Before before I'm currently 3 months post-op, and it has looked like this from the beginning. When I told the clinic, they said it seemed like swelling and told me to wait. It is sinking a little bit, but when I take photos, that shape is still there, and as the swelling goes down little by little, it feels like it's becoming a saddle nose..
For info, this was revision surgery. During my first surgery they used septal cartilage, and this time they said they would use autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage, but they didn't use ear cartilage. Could it possibly be that they used septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage? (For now, they did not say they reused septal cartilage.)
Please tell me whether it looks like a saddle nose, or whether it seems like it will go down more if I wait a bit longer.
