After the hospital relocated following construction, the facilities got much better. Strangely, whenever I get only their toning + vitamin care, my face feels a bit brighter, so even though I’m someone who dislikes the hassle of regular toning, I bought another package and have been going. In my experience, it doesn’t work on large marks like dark spots, but it seems to help with improving skin tone.
