The clinic moved after construction, and the facilities have become very nice. Strangely, after just the toning + vitamin care here, my face feels a bit brighter, so even though I'm the type who hates regular toning because it's such a hassle, I ended up buying another package and going again. From experience, it doesn't seem effective on big marks like dark spots, but it does seem to improve tone.
