As soon as I got there, I consulted with the manager first, but they had no expertise and weren’t friendly either. But the director was even worse. As soon as he came in, he just wrote down the surgery fee as 4.5 million won with no explanation at all, and said, “I don’t know why you had ㅇㅇㅇㅇ surgery” (the name of the surgery I had) lol. I had that surgery because I needed it, so why be sarcastic and show an attitude of ignoring the patient in the middle of a consultation? It was my first time seeing a doctor write down an estimate first and put someone down in front of the patient without any medical or surgical explanation. It was so unpleasant. After that, I went somewhere else and paid 250,000 won per laser session, and it improved a lot after 3 sessions.
