As soon as I arrived, the consultation was with the manager first, but there was no professionalism and they were not kind either. But the director was even worse. The moment I arrived, they just wrote down 4.5 million won for the surgery cost and gave no explanation at all. They said, "I do not understand why you are getting this surgery" (the surgery I had done) That is what they said, haha. It was a surgery I needed, so why were they being sarcastic and showing a dismissive attitude toward the patient in the middle of the consultation? I have never seen a doctor write down the estimate first and insult the patient right in front of them without giving any medical or surgical explanation. It was so unpleasant. After that, I went somewhere else and after three laser sessions at 250,000 won each, it improved a lot.
