ㅠㅠ Sigh, first of all, I went after looking around in a Facebook group. I'm thin, but I was concerned about my double chin, so I went. First of all, the consultation manager was really not great. Even before the surgery, she couldn't remember my name, so before the surgery, when I asked questions via KakaoTalk, she answered me as if she were talking to someone who had already had surgery. So I said I hadn't had surgery yetㅋㅋ and she said she had confused me with someone with the same name ㅎ After the surgery, she said she would send me the precautions, but even after half a day she didn't send them~ ㅎ When I messaged her first and mentioned it, again with the same-name^^ excuse ㅋ
And before the surgery, they clearly said the scar would be gone within a month, but even though I don't have keloid-prone skin, it remained like a keloid, so I contacted them (I'm now 4 months post-op). They said I need to wait 1 year, and when I said I wanted a keloid injection, they told me to wait and see...
ㅠㅠ I'm satisfied with the fat reduction, but the consultation manager was really bad.
