10 years ago, I had silicone in the bridge of my nose + ear cartilage at the nasal tip (it seems like it was just placed on top) Recently, the tip of my nose has been showing through, so I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty
My nasal bridge was originally really low.. so I’m wondering if I can leave the silicone in the bridge and just remove the cartilage from the tip? I’m curious

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
