I had almost no nasal structure at all, so 15 years ago, for my first surgery, I made my small nose that looked a bit like a beoseon nose look like it had just a little bit of structure. I wanted my nose to be a bit bigger and higher, but they said it was impossible because my nose skin was thin. I guess it’s still impossible now, right..? My nostrils also look a bit big now, and since my nose is small and low, I really want revision surgery
