I had surgery at the previous hospital using costal cartilage, but the nasal tip sank dramatically, so I was in a situation where I needed revision surgery. My heart hurt so much, and I went with my mom and younger sibling, got the surgical consultation and did everything. They even told my mom and sibling not to worry and that they would do a good job, and after I really had it done, they lifted it so well with costal cartilage. It's still firm, so I'm very satisfied. May the nasal tip not sink and stay this way all the way
