They said that with a crooked nose, even if I have surgery, unless it is due to a foreign-body sensation from the silicone or external impact, the cause cannot be known, and even after surgery there is a high chance it will go back again, so they suggested putting in custom silicone that matches my nasal bone??? They said if I raise the nasal tip, the side view would look pretty, but when considering the front view, because my nose is small, my nostrils could look strange, or if it is lifted too aggressively, something about my skin tissue could make it look strange, so they told me to do a paranasal augmentation together.. I have not heard that from other clinics, so I am worried. I am going to use autologous costal cartilage, and they said this clinic does not use donated costal cartilage, autologous cartilage, donated dermis, etc., and uses only autologous tissue? They said they have the technique, so they use the costal cartilage as one whole piece and there is less warping. It was almost more of a deep talk about the principles and methods of rhinoplasty than a design consultation lolol They talked a lot about that lololol so it felt different from other clinics, like a real consultation. They said that when using autologous costal cartilage, the paranasal augmentation can be done with costal cartilage. What do you think about autologous costal cartilage for paranasal augmentation instead of silicone??!
