I went in thinking that shaving down a bit of a hump on the nose would be fairly simple. They said that if I had surgery, I’d also need to wear a splint, so it’s hard to see it as only something light. And I didn’t mention that I breathe through my mouth because of rhinitis, but they noticed it right away during the consultation. They said breathing through the mouth can change the shape of the face. They said that if the symptoms get worse, I should at least use a spray.. They weren’t in a rush to book surgery and only told me exactly what was needed, so the consultation itself was good.. For the nose height and tip I wanted, they recommended no implant + ear cartilage + septal cartilage, and if I wanted something more dramatic, then donated costal cartilage + silicone. Seems like a very honest personality?
