I had nasal tip surgery, hump correction, and nasal osteotomy. I wanted my nasal tip to be lifted just slightly and naturally, and I think it really turned out exactly the way I wanted. They said the nasal tip inevitably drops a little later, so they raised it a bit more with that in mind. I was also stressed because my nose would spread when I smiled, but after the nasal osteotomy, that part improved a lot too. Also, my nose had been very crooked, and the doctor said they straightened it during surgery; after the swelling went down, I saw that the crookedness really improved a lot. I'm so, so satisfied!
