Maybe because there is only one director, they explained and told me a lot in great detail. However, although they seemed very confident in their own skills, they didn’t really explain what surgical method the patient needed, and I don’t think they were the type to listen to the patient’s questions all the way through. After consulting with the director, during the consultation with the consultant, the consultant said the line the director had designed would loosen quickly, so I got a little confused at the end.
