They did not over-recommend a bunch of different things, and seemed to have a style of making a clear diagnosis. There were lots of reviews, and the consultation was thorough, so I made a same-day reservation and had the surgery. Some time has passed, and there is no sagging or anything like that. I am just... reasonably satisfied..
