I don't remember the exact surgery price, but because autologous costal cartilage was recommended, the price range was high. They fix the autologous costal cartilage to the existing septal cartilage, and since they fix it on both sides, it seemed like it would definitely help prevent nasal tip drooping. Because of that, I think the nasal tip would become very firm and hard. They were kind, and they said the relationship between the philtrum and the nasal tip is important too. There was a long wait.
