First of all, the consultation manager was really, really seriously bad. I ask because I don’t know.. Isn’t it the role of consultation managers to explain things and recommend what would be good?? It was just so obvious that their goal was not what concerns I had, but how much they could empty my wallet.. I was honestly so fed up during the consultation that I even wanted to just leave. But it was also a hassle, so I held it in, got the procedure, and was thinking, I’m never coming back, but the director was an angel on earth.. So meticulous, and kindness overflowed throughout the procedure Because of the director, I want to go back for another procedure, but the barrier feels a bit high, so I’m debating it.
