First of all, the consultation manager was seriously, seriously bad. If you don't know something, you ask about it... isn't it the manager's job to explain that and recommend what is good? At first, it really felt like their goal was not what concerns I had, but how much they could empty my wallet... I was so fed up that I even wanted to just leave during the consultation, but I held back because it was a hassle and went through with the procedure, thinking I'd never come back. But the director was an angel from another world... so meticulous, and during the procedure there was so much kindness overflowing that I got emotional T_T Because of the director, I want to go back for another procedure, but the barrier feels a bit high, so I'm still deliberating.
