I had surgery about 7 years ago, so I don't remember the exact cost Back when I had just turned 20 and was still young, I had a strong fear of and aversion to silicone nose implants, so I thought, I have to do it with dermis no matter what! That was why I had surgery here, where autologous dermis is famous. With autologous dermis + ear cartilage (tip), it was set high at first and felt awkward, but gradually it was absorbed by the body and settled into place. It is truly natural, but a lot of the dermis was absorbed too (there is still some left), and since my nose shape is rounded anyway, I sometimes think I should have just put in silicone... Whether to use dermis or not seems to depend on your beliefs about surgery.
