I had the surgery about 7 years ago, so I do not remember the exact cost I was very young, just barely in my 20s at the time, and I had a strong fear and aversion to silicone nasal implants, so I thought I absolutely had to use dermis! That is why I had the surgery here, which is famous for autologous dermis. With autologous dermis plus ear cartilage for the tip of the nose, it was set high at first and felt awkward, then gradually got absorbed by the body and settled into place. It is truly very natural, but a lot of the dermis was absorbed too, and (some of it remains) my nose shape, which is round to begin with, stayed the same, so I do think maybe I should have just used silicone.. Whether to use dermis seems to depend on your beliefs about surgery.
