Before before before after after It’s already been almost 10 months since I had facial liposuction and Mint thread lifting. It was definitely winter when I had the surgery, but this year really feels like it’s going by fast.
People around me said so many things like, why would a man get facial liposuction, just exercise, and I do like exercise, but losing facial fat that comes with age isn’t easy, so I ended up looking into surgery. Compared with square jaw surgery or facial contouring, it’s simple, and I’m fully satisfied.
I started looking things up one by one when I knew nothing, and heard that a lot of men also go there for management. I didn’t know much about surgery, but I chose the clinic because the doctor had a lot of experience and it was run by a single doctor.
Even though I didn’t know much, they didn’t recommend this and that. Liposuction was one thing, but since my skin lacked elasticity too, they recommended facial liposuction plus a V-fit package (including Mint thread lifting, etc.) and double chin thread lifting. I was thinking about buccal fat liposuction and cheekbone-area liposuction too, but the doctor said I could get the line I wanted with just the double chin and jawline, so I didn’t get those. Before surgery, we confirmed once more which areas would be operated on, and thinking back now, the surgery really seemed to end early. Maybe because it was done under sleep anesthesia, I closed my eyes and opened them a little later and it was over. It ended faster than I expected. Because of swelling, the first 3 days were uncomfortable, but after they passed, the swelling went down a lot, and just seeing myself without a double chin made me think I did well to get it. The surgery seemed successful, so my worries about facial fat disappeared.
It has been over 10 months, and I’m still maintaining it without skin sagging. I need to get square jaw Botox again too, but I keep not going because it’s bothersome. Still, people around me say I lost weight, so I’m really happy. I thought about it a lot before getting surgery, but if I were in a situation where surgery was needed, I think I would choose double chin liposuction and facial thread lifting again. Definitely try it. It ends faster than you think after all that worrying.
