After <Day 5> After <Day 6> After <Day 6> Before <kit bought for 10,000 won on Day 7> Before <gauze they gave me on Day 14> After <Day 15> After <Day 15> After <Day 17> After <Day 17> Before <scar behind the ear on Day 17> **It has now been over 18 days.. but reviews in this community for the same category can only be posted after 2 months, so I brought over what I had written before the review! Because there is a photo limit, I’ll upload the next review again 2 months later! I was originally supposed to write this at the end of September lololololol but I was so busy I ended up being late>< **

Hi! I wrote the last post wrong.. It included thread lifting too............ I only realized after writing the review and visiting the clinic 'ㅁ';;

So this time I added thread lifting to the title too!!!

My surgery went so well that I think I introduced around 15 people?.. (including acquaintances and people online!) I’m seriously recommending it everywhere!

The time and money I spent getting procedures at dermatology clinics feel like such a waste!!

This was my previous review, so everyone who’s curious, go take a look!

First, in my first review I said it didn’t hurt!! But I guess the anesthesia hadn’t fully worn off lololol My surgery ended at 4 p.m., and from night? as it started swelling, it started hurting!!

I’ll organize it by day so it’s easy to read!!

Day 2 (7/24)

When I woke up, the swelling had gone down, and bruising appeared on my neck! I wore the compression band diligently. They said it’s good to wear the compression band continuously for 72 hours after surgery, but you have to take it off when washing or eating, so I just thought,.. I should wear it for a pure 72 hours, and I noted down the wearing time!

They said cold compresses are good too if possible, so I did them frequently!

Compression band wearing time:

7/23 16:00-19:13 3 hours 13 minutes 20:30-7/24 16:27 20 hours

7/24 17:38-00:00 6 hours 20 minutes

Since I obviously couldn’t open my mouth well.. I had to eat soft foods, so I ate pudding, cheesecake, fries (because they’re small,.. lolol), shaved ice, shabu-shabu, kalguksu, and porridge! (I wrote down what I ate that day!) But it took so long to eat that it felt like I was naturally dieting!

Day 3 (7/25) Clinic visit lol

My cheeks swelled again!..

It was my day off, so I wore the compression band for 24 hours! (I deliberately didn’t wash.. haha) lol And even when eating, I just loosened it and ate. By around Day 3, I kind of got the hang of it!

That day I was craving beef tartare and salmon;; so I ate beef tartare and salmon,,, I went to a family restaurant.. but the only things I could eat were.. pasta.. fries.. and risotto.. My boyfriend cut the pizza really small for me too, but I couldn’t eat the meat at the family restaurant

The reason I visited the clinic was.. they said a hematoma can form after surgery! And they said it feels different from fibrotic lumps. But something felt like it was palpable in my neck?.. It felt like a hematoma so I asked if they could check it if I came in, and they told me to come..! When I went, they said it wasn’t a hematoma.. so I was relieved! They said it was swelling! As I’m writing this review now, it’s completely gone!! I worry a lot (I got more worried because my previous abdominal liposuction went badly), so I got even more anxious and visited the clinic!

Day 4 (7/26)

It felt a little awkward when I smiled?.. When brushing my teeth, the toothbrush just barely fit in!?..

Compression band wearing time:

7/26 00:00-8:10 8 hours 10 minutes 8:57-22:00 13 hours

Day 5 (7/27)

(Photos can’t be inserted in the middle of posts in this community.. please refer to the photo list) The part marked with the arrow hurt, so I asked if maybe the thread lift had snapped lololololol and they said if the thread lift snaps, there would be a snapping sound or it would protrude! They said it’s still the time when it can hurt! I seriously.. worry so much that I probably seemed like a difficult patient......

I didn’t write down the compression band wearing time, but I tried to wear it as much as possible!

Day 6 (7/28)

I think from this point on I ate everything I wanted! I didn’t write down the compression band wearing time, but I tried to wear it as much as possible!

Day 7 (7/29) Clinic visit lol

Actually, even before surgery, I found out this year that I use the left muscle a lot when chewing. So the left side of my face was more developed... After I found out, I’ve been consciously eating on the right side!?

Maybe because of that, at first after surgery, before the anesthesia wore off, one side of my lip, the right? or left?.. was raised upward, they said. (According to my boyfriend When I asked if he had a photo, he said he didn’t take one.) But he said when he touched it, it went back to normal!..

But from Day 5, my left jaw hurt so much that I asked, and they said it was because of the thread lift and that it was okay!..

It happened to be my day off, so I asked if I could buy the aftercare kit I received after surgery separately, and they said I could buy it for 10,000 won, so I went. (Actually, I thought it would be nice to have one more compression band and was going to buy it, but thinking about it, the aftercare kit didn’t include a compression band;ㅁ;..)

The director said I had managed it very well and that I could now eat whatever I wanted, so I told him I already was eating everything lololololol and thanked him! From this time, the heat wave started, so I didn’t wear the compression band much.

Day 8 (7/30) - Day 11 (8/2)

I’m not sure exactly when, but opening my mouth became a bit easier. From the 30th, the jaw pain disappeared! I think the bruising on my neck also disappeared during this period! I didn’t apply any separate bruise cream!

Day 12 (8/3)

A scab formed under my chin, so I asked about it and they said it was okay! From this time, the swelling in my cheeks went down a lot!

Day 13 (8/4)

Nothing in particular.

Day 14 (8/5) Clinic visit! + stitch removal

They removed the stitches and put a Steri-Strip under my chin! (They said the outside had healed, but the inside hadn’t fully healed yet, so they were applying it!)

They said to keep it on for at least 3 days from the day after application, and up to a week if possible, and if it got wet, to dry it with a hair dryer on cool air!

But since water inevitably gets on it when washing it kept.. trying to come off..

So I felt bad, but I went to the clinic one more time!

They said I could just leave the areas behind the ears alone now!!

I have cheek hollowing, so I asked the director how this part could be improved!

They said it depends on the person, but when all the swelling goes down 1-3 months after surgery, it becomes like the appearance right after surgery!

They said there was a little fibrotic lump in the swollen area, and that it would be good to massage for about 5 minutes and then wear the compression band for 2-3 hours?.. I couldn’t do the compression band and only did the massage The director separately packed small rolled-up gauze for me and told me to place it under the swollen area and wear the compression band! So sweet!..

Day 15 (8/6), Day 16 (8/7)

Nothing in particular.

Day 17 (8/8) Clinic visit

They reapplied the Steri-Strip! This time I couldn’t see the manager or the director!

This is the scar behind the ear! I think it’ll disappear quickly if I apply scar ointment~

Care:

Until stitch removal!

Originally, they said for behind the ears, even before stitch removal, I could just apply medicine, but I was anxious, so I applied medicine and put on a daily bandage.

Under the chin, I usually applied medicine + applied [(not DuoDERM) Medifoam - the soft cushiony one] from the aftercare kit, then put on a dressing bandage, and when washing, I removed the dressing bandage and put on a waterproof bandage before washing! And after washing, I removed the waterproof bandage and dried it with cool air from a hair dryer~!

After stitch removal, there wasn’t really medicine to apply, so I dry under the chin with a hair dryer so the Steri-Strip doesn’t come off, and I’m applying scar ointment behind the ears!

Benefits after surgery

1. I don’t have to hide my chin when tying my hair hehe

2. I don’t have to go to dermatology clinics! (Seriously, I used to do InMode every 2 weeks - I bought it as a full-face package and used it for the double chin,., I spent over 5 million won on all kinds of other lifting treatments and injections.. And thinking about that time.. and the pain, seriously.. I should’ve done this earlier! Honestly I was scared of surgery so I hadn’t considered it, but I happened to find out about it and got it done, and I’m so satisfied~!)

3. Because of the double chin, when I lay down, fat wrapped around me like I was wearing a scarf? It was so uncomfortable, but now that it’s gone, I’m happy!!

I had it done by Director Kim Suhwan at Sinsang Plastic Surgery!!\ The manager was Manager Jeong Seohyeong!!

If you need an acquaintance discount, leave a comment><

For the acquaintance discount they said they must have the information before the consultation for the discount to apply!!! If I don’t reply and your consultation date is close, they said you can mention my nickname!!! (If it’s not Manager Jeong Seohyeong, you have to make sure to ask that manager to pass it on to Manager Jeong Seohyeong for the discount to apply, they said!! A lot of people here couldn’t get the discount because they didn’t follow this, so I’m upset.)

This review is for a surgery review pursuing a natural look.
