It felt like the director conducted the consultation more by tailoring it to the patient’s needs rather than giving his own opinion. His style is to answer the patient’s questions rather than speak first, so I think it would be good to prepare questions in advance. I liked that he gave a detailed consultation, but the consultation manager wasn’t great, so I passed.
