The director seems to conduct consultations in a way that focuses more on the patient's needs than on their own opinion. Rather than speaking first, they respond to the patient's questions, so it would be good to prepare your questions in advance. I liked how thoroughly they explained things, but I passed because the consultation manager was not very good.
