There was a fee if you wanted a consultation with the doctor, but since it was still a pretty well-known hospital, I thought I’d just pay and get one, so I made a reservation. But then, I think it was the day before or maybe on the day itself, the hospital called and said the doctor had surgery and I couldn’t be seen, so I was like… what is this? and felt annoyed. Still, I went in thinking I’d at least consult with the manager, and it was supposed to be a revision consultation for the bridge and tip of my nose, but she just said, “We’ll do that part for you,” and then kept recommending all kinds of other things She was kind, though.. I rated the doctor’s kindness and surgery expectations as average because I never met the doctor and didn’t have surgery
