I was scared of nose surgery lol so I got alar reduction here. They adjusted the alar reduction to match my facial asymmetry, so I was very satisfied. The doctor tried to incorporate my opinions as much as possible. After surgery, I was worried about scarring, so they gave me scar-tissue injections three times at monthly intervals.
The manager had the typical plastic-surgery-manager style. There was no pressure or anything like that, and she handled things in a sensible, reasonable way. The other staff and nurses were also kind and comfortable to be around. The employees here never made me feel bad, and they didn't leave any especially strong impression either.
