Review of eye surgery for heavy-looking upper eyelids

Before<Before surgery>After<After surgery>After<After surgery with makeup>It has been 2 years since my surgery.

The doctor said that although I did have some fat in my upper eyelids, it wasn't a lot, and that my eyes had severe skin sagging. Since it was my first surgery, I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so we made the double-eyelid line a bit thin.

The surgery was done as upper-eyelid fat removal + partial-incision double eyelid surgery with an in-out line.

At first, I was very satisfied. Because the line was clear, there were sometimes people who could tell I had surgery, but it didn't look excessive, and the heaviness in my eyes disappeared compared with before, so I was satisfied. But after about 1 year, the swelling had gone down completely, and unless I put strength into my eyebrows or opened my eyes slightly half-closed, the double eyelids didn't show well. (The photo was taken with slight tension in my eyebrows to make the line visible.) The asymmetry between my eyes also became more noticeable. It's not to the point of becoming a complex, so I'm trying to be satisfied while covering the downsides with makeup..

I'm somewhat satisfied in terms of naturalness, but I don't think it's something I can particularly recommend, so I won't disclose the clinic.
