I visited about 8 places for consultations, but the moment I went here, I felt at ease and had that “this is the place!” feeling, so I booked the surgery date right away. To be honest, I was debating between ㅈㄷ and this place until the very end haha The line the doctor at ㅈㄷ designed for me was so pretty, so I was torn, but it bothered me a bit that it wasn’t a clinic that only does eyes and that they perform surgeries in many different areas. Since ㅇㄹㄷㅇㅅㄹ was where my friend had gone, I had an actual surgery case right next to me, so I decided on it. My friend’s results looked extremely natural.
My preferred style and criteria were... 1. Single-director system 2. Absolutely natural over flashy 3. Board-certified plastic surgeon I only visited places that met these conditions. I also preferred places that specialize in eyes as much as possible. I originally had double eyelids, but they were too thin and the line wasn’t fully visible. (inline) I was disappointed by that, and only wanted to raise the line very slightly, so I didn’t prefer a flashy style. That’s why I only visited plastic surgery clinics around Sinsa-dong.
Surgery method: non-incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty I hadn’t been thinking about epicanthoplasty, but they said I had Mongolian folds, so the inner corners needed to be opened slightly to create an in-out line. I kept thinking about it until the day of surgery and decided on the day itself. My concern was, what if my eyes looked too close together after epicanthoplasty? But the doctor said epicanthoplasty smooths out the curve, and it doesn’t make the eyes look close together. So I just went ahead with it, and it was the right choice. I’m completely satisfiedㅠㅠㅠ It turned out sooo natural, and there are no scars at all! Truly a master...
I had local anesthesia! It didn’t hurt. They even gave me a teddy bear so I wouldn’t be nervous. They also play musicㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They gave me one more anesthetic injection in the middle, so I really couldn’t feel anything.
Final comment)) The real characteristic of this place is naturalness! Including me, 4 people around me had surgery here, and all of them look extremely natural. Maybe the director has a delicate personality, but they design the line with a toothpick, really raising it 1 mm, 0.5 mm at a time. For aftercare, they give you an ice pack. You apply ophthalmic ointment, then a few days later you go back to have the epicanthoplasty stitches removed. If you only had the non-incisional double eyelid surgery, you don’t have to go back for stitch removal haha Maybe because this place doesn’t advertise, there aren’t many reviews. I’m leaving this post in case it helps anyone who’s considering it.
