I arrived about 10-15 minutes earlier than my reservation time. While filling out the chart, I heard the director's voice. After taking facial photos and having a consultation with the consultant, I waited for the director. They asked if it was okay because the director's surgery was delayed and it would take about 10-20 more minutes. (It took longer) I can't understand why they take reservations when there is surgery. Waiting for over an hour, I really thought this place was not it. A place I never want to go to again. Falsehood: 1 hour 30 minute wait, director consultation around 5-10 minutes
