I arrived 10-15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. While I was filling out the chart, I could hear the director's voice. After taking face photos and consulting with the manager, I waited for the director. They asked if it was okay because the director's surgery was delayed and it would take about 10-20 more minutes. (It took longer.) I cannot understand why they take reservations if they have surgery scheduled. After waiting more than an hour, I really thought this was not the place for me. It is a place I never want to go back to. False: 1 hour 30 minute wait, director consultation within about 5-10 minutes
