My nose wasn't low, but I had a hump, so it was a complex for me. I had surgery to correct it, and the method was to slightly shave down the hump, place a thin silicone implant over it, then raise the nasal tip slightly with ear cartilage to match that height. From the 3rd year, the hump started to rise again slightly, but you can't tell with the naked eye; it shows a little in photos taken by others. It was something I was informed about in advance before surgery, and I actually think it made it look more natural. I'm satisfied.
