I had my silicone removed here because the silicone showing through and lifting were severe.
It seems they tend to recommend leaving the nasal tip if its condition is okay. If you strongly request it, they will also do complete removal.
I have had no major issues after removal and am living well. I’m not sure about revision surgery, but if you want removal, it’s a decent choice.
