The silicone was visible and the implant was severely floating, so I had it removed here.
They seem to prefer leaving the nose tip in place if its condition is okay. If you strongly ask for it, they will remove the entire thing too.
I have been living without any major problems after the removal. I do not know about revision surgery, but if you want removal, this is a reasonable choice.
