The director isn't the overly warm and friendly type, but when it came to the surgery, they seemed like the type who really takes it seriously!! I said I wasn't sure what line or height would suit me after they listened to what was bothering me, and even when checking the line, they tried it many times and found what suited me. Then they explained in real detail how the surgery would be done and why it had to be done that way.. Out of all the places I went to, they explained it in the mo~~~~st detail, so even though it was a double eyelid surgery consultation, the consultation was quite long. The consultant really felt like a close older sister?
