The director wasn't the type to be especially warm and friendly, but when it came to surgery, it felt like they took it very seriously!! They listened to what I was worried about, and when I said I wasn't sure which line or which height would suit me, they kept adjusting the line several times to find what suited me, then explained in great detail how the surgery would be done and why it had to be done that way. It was the most detailed explanation of all the places I visited, so the consultation for double eyelid surgery was quite long. The manager felt like a very close older sister?
