They picked out only what was necessary and made a surgical plan, and during the consultation they showed me photos directly while explaining which cartilage would be used and how. The doctor has a very long career, and calmly answered every question I asked, so I felt trust. The staff were unfriendly. I didn’t really feel that the consultation manager was friendly either. The director’s skill alone seems okay, but I’m not sure whether the aftercare will be good.
