It has been 4 years since I had implant-free rhinoplasty (hump reduction / nasal osteotomy / septal cartilage for the nasal tip). When I had surgery, it was a hospital promoted under the head director’s name, but the hospital name has changed. First of all, I like that it’s not factory-style. Also, my dorsal hump was corrected a lot compared with before and my nose became more defined, so I’m satisfied with that. Since my first priority was originally that it not look obvious, I chose implant-free surgery, and honestly, you can’t tell at all that I had surgery. However, if there’s one thing I’m disappointed about, at 1 month after surgery my nose was sharp and the line was really pretty, but the nasal tip gradually drooped Well, that may make it look more natural, but I do regret not making it a bit higher. Of course, during the consultation the director warned me that it could droop, and it was my choice to say I didn’t want it too high, so it is not the director’s fault.
