It’s been 4 years since my nose surgery without implants (hump reduction / osteotomy / tip with septal cartilage). When I had surgery, this was a clinic that used the representative doctor’s name, but the clinic name has changed now. First of all, I like that it’s not a factory-style clinic. And the hump is much more corrected than before, so I’m satisfied with that. I originally wanted the surgery to be as unnoticeable as possible, so I chose no implant, and honestly you cannot tell at all that I had surgery. However, one thing I regret is that at one month after surgery, the bridge was nicely straight and the line was really pretty, but the tip of my nose gradually started to droop T_T Well, I guess that makes it look more natural, but I do regret not raising it a bit more. Of course, the doctor warned me during consultation that it could droop, and it was my choice to not want it too high, so it’s not the doctor’s fault.
