I'm considering revision rhinoplasty. Since it was done with costal cartilage, I thought I would have to have surgery with costal cartilage again. Would it be better to reuse this, or should it be removed again? Does the nose shape only become pretty if costal cartilage is used? I would like there to be an effect from the front view. The side line matters too, but please recommend something that has a front-view effect.
