They were very kind, and maybe because it's a one-doctor clinic, the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Maybe because I wasn't able to ask questions as thoroughly and in as many ways as I had planned, I did feel that the explanation was a bit lacking, but they listened well to my opinions, and both the manager and the doctor were kind.
