I happened to watch YouTube while searching for a surgery I was interested in and ended up making a consultation appointment and visiting. I went into the consultation without really knowing anything at all about surgery on the nasal alar or the philtrum area, so I was very worried and felt really intimidated, but the chief doctor didn't feel authoritarian at all, and the coordinator wasn't pushy either.
They also explained the consultation in medical... terms by breaking them down into simpler language. I could feel that they were trying to communicate it in a way I could understand as much as possible. When I asked questions, they didn't just give vague answers; I felt they answered sincerely and earnestly. With the detailed consultation + plenty of consultation time, I felt like I hadn't made a wasted trip.
