I used 4-5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge and also had an osteotomy! Ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used in the nasal tip. Is it being maintained well enough at this level? I’m a little worried because it seems like the nasal tip has drooped somewhatㅠㅠ
