I had double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, fat removal, epicanthoplasty, and an incisional method. I also wanted lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, but the doctor said I couldn’t because I have sanpaku eyes. I wanted a semi-out line, but the director said that on my eyes it would become sausage eyes, and that they really dislike sausage eyes, so we made it the highest in-out line possible for my eyes. During the surgery, it only hurt when they were burning the fat, and the surgery turned out natural.
