I had wanted to get under-eye fat repositioning surgery for a while, but I was scared and kept putting it off. I had a consultation in July this year and had surgery in October. In my case, I don't have much facial fat, and especially the hollowing of my upper eyelids was quite severe, so the director recommended fat grafting surgery as well. Since hollow upper eyelids were also a complex of mine, I ended up having micro fat grafting along with fat repositioning. Even though I had some swelling and bruising after surgery, strangely, there was no pain at all. If you have fat grafting surgery, cold and warm compresses are not possible because of fat engraftment, so I think it may be difficult to improve swelling or bruising quickly. For now, the fat bags under my eyes have disappeared so completely that I am extremely satisfied even with the swelling and bruising.
