If I get an incisional procedure, will it leave much more scarring than the buried suture method? Even though my first surgery was done with the buried suture method, maybe because it was fixed too deeply, it looks really obvious. To the point where an incision might actually look less noticeable... Are there cases where even with an incisional method, it doesn’t look obvious? I need to get revision surgery soon or do something.
